Challenge your body and your mind

What is Vinyasa Flow yoga?

Bonfire’s Vinyasa Flow is a style of hatha yoga performed in a warm room. The class moves actively through a series of poses using the power of inhaling and exhaling and exploring postures that will allow your body to strengthen and lengthen with ease. You’ll glide through poses, challenge your body and challenge your mind.

What are the benefits of Vinyasa yoga?

Vinyasa Flow brings both mental and physical benefits. You’ll rid your body of toxins, build strength, reshape the body, improve your flexibility and endurance and re-energise your body! You’ll also calm your mind and learn to connect the mind with the body.

What should I expect at my first Vinyasa Flow class?

Expect to move and expect to sweat! This class is fantastic for synchronizing your breath and movements almost like a dance. For you’re first time, you’ll probably be pleasantly overwhelmed by the amount of postures and movement. You may need to observe your teacher and fellow yogis for guidance on the postures, but this practise will leave you feeling energised and excited for the next class! It’s also a great idea to come to multiple classes taught by different teachers – each one is different and unique!
