In this workshop, we will learn how to unwind the tension in the front of our body using self-massage to help release tension or restricted areas of the body.
Using specialised myofascial techniques to target trigger points on the body to help you release muscle tension, break down adhesion’s in the fascia and explore postures with increased body awareness and mobility.
Great for people who sit at desks, work in prolonged postures, want a little bit of self-care or to get deeper into their yoga postures and breath. You’ll float out of this workshop feeling like you can breath more deeply and move your spine more freely.
