What is Meditation?
This Meditation class is a 45 minute partly guided and quiet reflective meditation with a focus to first unwind the mind and body from stress, and then prepare you to experience stillness and find your inner potential. It is very rejuvenating and will restore you to your naturalness of wellbeing.
What are the benefits?
Relieve stress from the body mind and emotional centres. Obtain clarity of mind, contentment, and a joy for life, to be your very best.
What can I expect my first class?
Meditation allows you to simply be yourself, to drop the baggage of the unnecessary thoughts burdening our mind, and to be in the present moment fully to appreciate our special uniqueness.
This class is best suited to 15 years and older.
- Thin yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Optional showering items e.g towel, soap, deodorant
- An open mind and a smile!
- Two pillows
Wear comfortable, light workout gear and avoid accessories including mobile phones, watches, bangles, sunglasses, belts and hats. Please note that lockable lockers are provided for your belongings.
Come to class around 15 minutes early to check in and set up. Please note, there are no late entries into class once it has started so be sure to arrive ahead of time!
No worries! We have mats and towels available for hire and purchase in the studios.
