Ingredients
(Makes approx. 24)
1 cup mashed bananas (approx. 2 medium ripe bananas)
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup ground almonds
½ cup raisins/cranberries
¼ cup honey/maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil/olive oil
Extra rolled oats for on top
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 160°c.
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form dessertspoonfuls of mixture into balls on flat trays lined with baking paper. Flatten gently with your fingers and sprinkle each biscuit with a few extra rolled oats.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
