Life should be full of joy, fulfillment and wellness. All too often we are so busy and distracted by our day-to-day lives, we don’t stop and think about our health or wellness. By taking a month to reassess and reconstruct your eating habits, the way you think, and how you exercise can change your life!

From the 14th August until the 18th September, Bonfire Yoga will provide you with the strategic tools, nutritional inspiration, knowledge, and support you need to change your body, your habits and your health for good.

What is Thrive?

Thrive is a way of life. A way of thinking about the foods you eat,  about how your body moves and how to be a better you. We are dedicating an entire month to help you achieve overall wellness both physically and mentally.

Why is wellness significant? Wellness is significant because if we all want to function successfully in our world, we need to be well. Thrive is all about eating well, moving well, and thinking well. Look and feel your best and get your body ready for summer!
