Emily teaches the Bonfire series, but loves practicing all types of yoga. She’s been teaching for three years now and practicing for around six. What Emily loves about teaching yoga is seeing people make progress in their practice, or fall in love with yoga for the first time.
Emily strives to strike a balance between teaching a strong class and encouraging people to find some softness in their bodies and stay connected to their breath.
Away from the studio, Emily is a full-time student and will soon be a qualified dietitian.
