Caroline came into contact with yoga more than a decade ago when she was practicing martial arts. The gym she attended had incorporated yoga as a stretching and relaxing exercise after their martial arts routine, and she found herself hooked. Caroline continued to venture into many different styles of yoga practice as she felt each style had nurtured her in a different way.
Her inspiration for her practice is her children, as she wants to be a role model to them and show them how everyone can live more mindfully and with purpose. Outside the yoga mat, you can find Caroline in the kitchen trying new recipes or having a cuppa, or both.
