What is Pure Meditation?


Pure Meditation is a 45 minute Savasana guided meditation that will calm and heal your body. You’ll be guided by our Deep Relaxation Therapist, Veronica Farmer, while you lay back in comfort. Relax, breathe and quieten the mind.


What are the benefits?


Relieve stress from the body and reboot your nervous system. Gently revive your tired muscles in a warmed room. Connect with your body and your mind.


What can I expect my first class?


Expect to be amazed by the power of guided meditation. You will be lying down, in complete stillness for the meditation whilst connecting with you body and your mind and releasing from any stresses in your life.



What should I bring to class?

  1. Thin Yoga Mat
  2. Towel
  3. Water bottle
  4. Optional showering items e.g towel, soap, deodorant
  5. An open mind and a smile!
  6. 2 pillows

What do I wear to class ?

Wear comfortable, light workout gear and avoid accessories including mobile phones, watches, bangles, sunglasses, belts and hats. Please note that lockable lockers are provided for your belongings.

How should I prepare for class?

Come to class around 15 minutes early to check in and set up. Please note, there are no late entries into class once it has started so be sure to arrive ahead of time!

What if I don’t have a mat and towel?

No worries! We have mats and towels available for hire and purchase in the studios.

Can my children come?

Of course! Guided meditation is suitable for all ages from 10 years up
